Internal Sales Executive

Job Description

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and driving sales. You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a related role, ideally (but essential) within the Building Supplies and Landscaping products sectors.

Job Role



Sales Generation: o Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively make outbound calls to secure new business.

Customer Support: o Build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for repeat business.

Quotations and Orders: o Prepare and follow up on quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate record on our CRM system.

Product Knowledge: o Develop a strong understanding of the plant hire equipment and services to effectively advise and upsell to customers.

Collaboration: o Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Skills



Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook and CRM databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and target driven Excellent selling and negotiation skills Excellent time management, prioritising and structured/organisational skill

Pay: From 31,000.00 per year
