Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Internal Sales Executive who can hit the ground running. This is a remote role, but you will be expected to travel to our Chipping Norton office for meetings as required. You'll be confident picking up the phone, comfortable working with warm leads, and motivated by targets. Full product training will be provided, but you should already have the skills and drive to deliver results quickly in a sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting customers and following up on warm leads. Confidently and professionally engaging with clients over the phone. Understanding customer requirements and guiding them to appropriate finance solutions. Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets. Accurately updating and maintaining our CRM system with all interactions. Working collaboratively with the wider team to drive business growth.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a sales or target-driven role (essential). Ability to adapt quickly and deliver results from day one. Highly confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone. Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Organised and able to manage follow-ups efficiently.

Hours:

9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a remote role but travel to our Chipping Norton office for meetings as required is essential.
