The Role:
We are seeking a motivate Internal Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales , building relations with new and existing clients, and helping businesses find secure and efficient document disposal solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored shredding solutions.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications to convert leads in to clients.
Maintain accurate sales records and client information in the CRM System.
Send regular marketing emails monthly and quarterly aligning with the companies goals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in internal sales or cold telesales, preferably in B2B services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities
Self motivated and results driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
Experience in security, compliance, or document management is a plus, but not essential.
Comfortable working alone as well as in a team.
