Job Description

CHWS Ltd, a leading provider of commercial water heating solutions, is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Weston-super-Mare. This role would suit someone with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a background in sales and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and follow up on leads using CRM Making outbound calls to follow up on quotations Collaborate with external sales staff to close deals Generate accurate quotations and proposals Process and manage incoming customer enquiries Handle supplier queries and support general admin tasks Answer phone calls and assist with day-to-day office functions
About You:

A confident and proactive individual with the following attributes At least 1 years' experience with working in an office environment (essential) Previous experience in a similar role is essential Excellent attention to detail and time management Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must work on-site at our Weston Industrial Estate office (remote work not available)
