Job Description
We're on the lookout for a confident, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our Hygiene and Catering Division. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the problem-solver behind the screen, and the go-to person for customers needing advice, support, and product solutions.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone and email - and turning them into happy customers Offering advice and recommendations on our fantastic product range Providing quotes, checking stock, placing orders, and making sure everything runs smoothly Supporting our external sales team and helping them shine Keeping track of customer orders and making sure they arrive on time Liaising with suppliers and sorting out any hiccups quickly and professionally Staying sharp with product training so you can offer the best advice every time
What You'll Bring:
Experience in hygiene and catering is a bonus - but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you! Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful Great communication skills - friendly, clear, and professional Solid numeracy, literacy, and keyboard skills A positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to make decisions Ability to work independently but also be a real team player Comfortable using systems and ready to take on new challenges
