The Role

Lightmaster is looking for an enthusiastic internal sales and marketing executive, to join our energetic lighting supply and design team. You'll work closely with the sales and design teams, manage day to day communication with customers and suppliers and maintain accurate stock levels and product information. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll support internal sales by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. You'll communicate with suppliers to source products efficiently, monitor stock levels, and help maintain accurate product and pricing information within our systems.

You'll also support marketing activities by helping promote key product lines, updating the website, and sharing relevant information with the sales team. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, installers, and other partners will be key, alongside managing returns, stock checks and assisting with general process improvements across sales and supply functions.

Skills & Experience

Internal sales and/or procurement experience

Previous experience in a customer facing sales or marketing role preferred

Technical understanding or willingness to learn

Comfortable working with stock control and CRM systems (experience with Odoo is a bonus)

Must have a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
