Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (early finish on Fridays)

We are looking for a driven and ambitious

Internal Sales and Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. This is a key office-based role combining sales performance with hands-on marketing and social media management.

The Role

You will take ownership of our internal sales activity while playing a vital role in shaping and delivering our marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hitting targets, generating ideas, and making a real impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and take full control of the company's social media channels Support and deliver company marketing initiatives Achieve weekly sales targets by selling heating care insurance to existing customers Chase and convert existing quotes into confirmed sales Effectively utilise and update our existing CRM system Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and sales

About You

Previous sales experience with a proven ability to hit targets Highly motivated, driven to succeed, and ambitious Confident communicator with a proactive approach Marketing experience is preferred Creative, with your own ideas and the initiative to implement them Organised and comfortable working with CRM systems
