We're focused on growth, customer acquisition, and delivering excellent service. As part of our expansion, we're looking for a confident, target-driven Internal Sales Person who thrives on cold calling and generating new business.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, proactive sales role ideal for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, engaging new prospects, and converting interest into revenue. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline through outbound calling, following up warm leads, and identifying new opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers Identify decision-makers and build relationships from the first call Pitch our products/services clearly and confidently Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities Maintain and grow your own pipeline through consistent activity Follow up on warm leads and previous quotations Log all interactions accurately in the CRM Work closely with the wider sales team to hit shared targets

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales Comfortable working to targets and KPIs Confident communicator with excellent phone manner Resilient, persistent, and motivated by results Ability to handle objections and close deals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
