As Internal Sales Person you will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and a seamless customer experience. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for service and sales, this is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What you'll be doing:
Respond to customer enquiries with accurate, timely information Handle inbound sales and make outbound calls to both new and existing customers Process customer orders with 100% accuracy Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive the right products on time Process purchase orders and liaise with our logistics team to coordinate deliveries Advise customers on the most suitable products for their needs and specifications
