Tec Supplies Group Limited, established in 1975, has grown into one of the United Kingdom's leading independent merchants. Specialising in Electrical Wholesale, Plumbing supplies, Kitchens and Bathrooms. Tec Supplies caters to a wide range of customer needs and is opening a brand new business to service Kent and the surrounding areas. The new location offers an extensive range of stock items with same-day and next-day service on many products. We will also provide comprehensive services, including CAD design, to support customer projects in various budgets.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales position located in Maidstone. The Internal Sales representative will be responsible for generating sales, providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining sales records.

Qualifications

Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills

Proven Sales experience and the ability to drive sales growth

Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills

Ability to work effectively on-site in Maidstone

Experience in the wholesale plumbing industry

Responsibilities

Project management for Key Accounts, optimising stock levels, ensuring site call offs are supplied on time and in full whilst maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients at the trade counter and addressing their inquiries.

Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey product information and recommendations.

Manage sales transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout process.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing trade counter through effective merchandising.

Demonstrate time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.
