The Role

Lightmaster is looking for an enthusiastic

internal sales and procurement executive

, to join our lighting supply and design team. You'll work closely with the sales and design teams, manage day to day communication with customers and suppliers, as well as maintaining accurate stock levels and product information. Monday - Friday
8am - 4:30pm (negotiable)
Onsite role
Start date: MARCH 2026

Key Responsibilities

You'll support internal sales by managing customer enquiries, processing orders and coordinating with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. You'll communicate with suppliers to source products efficiently, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate product and pricing information within our systems.

Also, supporting marketing activities by helping promote key product lines, updating the website and sharing relevant analytical information with the sales team. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, installers and other partners will be key, alongside managing returns, stock checks and assisting with general process improvements across sales and supply functions.

Skills & Experience

Internal sales and/or procurement experience Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred Willingness to learn technical lighting Comfortable working with stock control and CRM systems (experience with Odoo is a bonus) Must have a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle

In house training will be provided - willing to consider school/college leavers and graduates so long as they are ambitious and enthusiastic to learn.
