The Role: Internal Sales & Retention Executive
We are seeking a proactive, engaging, and highly organised Internal Sales & Retention Executive to join our team.
This vital, in-house role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction post-installation, generating valuable feedback, and driving repeat business through excellent customer relationship management.
Location:
This role will be based at one of our showrooms in
Bagshot, Ash Vale, or Bisley.
Contract Type:
Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities available.
Salary:
Competitive salary plus a commission structure based on sales generated through repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to engage directly with our existing customer base to nurture long-term relationships and identify new sales opportunities being made by outbound phone calls.
Customer Feedback & Reviews:
Proactively call recently completed customers to check in on their installation and gather detailed, qualitative feedback on the entire service experience.
Request and guide customers in submitting online reviews (e.g., Google, Trustpilot) to help grow the company's reputation.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify opportunities for additional home improvement work by discussing future projects and needs with past customers.
Present and promote exclusive discount offers reserved solely for existing Jewel Home Group customers to encourage repeat business.
Actively follow up with customers who have previously received a quote but have not yet placed an order (quote chasing).
Administrative & Data Management:
Accurately record all feedback, contact notes, and sales leads within the CRM system.
Maintain an organized database of past customer information and contact schedules.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or internal sales role is highly desirable.
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic phone manner.
Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Ability to handle customer feedback (both positive and negative) professionally.
Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software (Word, Excel).
A genuine interest in home improvements or the construction/trade industry is a plus.
