Job Description

Imperial Bricks are looking for an Internal Sales Support coordinator to their team based from their prestigious offices near Shifnal, Shropshire. This role will be office based dealing primarily with Builders Merchant customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone and email enquiries from merchants and customers. Validate and process sales leads accurately, ensuring timely follow-up and communication. Support Area Sales Managers and External Sales Support with daily tasks, including validating sample orders, managing site registrations, and preparing quotations. Liaise with customers to provide information on product pricing, availability, and general queries. Record, monitor, and follow up on all customer enquiries using our CRM - Salesforce. Maintain and developing internal and external relationships, promoting the company in a professional and positive manner at all times. Undertake general administrative duties to support Imperial Bricks and the External Sales teams. Perform any other duties relevant to the role as requested by the Internal Sales Support Team Leader or other Imperial Bricks Managers.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Competent in Microsoft Office applications and CRM / Data Management Systems. Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A customer-focused attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner. Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong sense of initiative. Effective multitasking and time-management abilities, with attention to detail. Willingness to undertake relevant training and continuous development. Strong team player with a collaborative approach. Full, valid UK driving licence.
Working Hours consist of 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required to accommodate fluctuating workloads, customer demands and colleague holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
