About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Internal Sales Support professional to join our Cardiff-based team. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our sales function, helping to deliver seamless service to our valued customers across the UK.

This is a key administrative and customer-facing role that contributes to the smooth running of sales processes and supports the ongoing success of the Storenet network.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process sales orders and maintain customer databases (CRM) Provide day-to-day support to the sales and account management teams Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of services Support basic lead generation and research tasks Assist with the preparation of quotes, reports, and sales presentations

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role High level of accuracy and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication Confidence using Microsoft Office tools A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent time management

Desirable:

An interest in community safety, communications tech, or retail support services Experience working with CRM systems Ability to work collaboratively in a small team
