Internal Sales Support

Location - Rugby

Job type - Fulltime, Permanent

Creating the future - Your tasks in our team:

Input and maintain accurate quotations in line with customer requirements Manage and update sales trackers to ensure visibility of opportunities and performance Support the Construction Accessories team with day-to-day administration tasks Proactively follow up on open quotes and liaise with customers to drive conversion Assist with generating new business through proactive customer engagement
Work closely with Sales Engineers and the wider PERI sales teams

Liaise with internal departments such as Customer Services, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth order processing

Build positive relationships with external customers to support long-term business growth

Provide accurate and timely information to the sales team and management Support monthly reporting with the Construction Accessories Manager in line with KPIs Be a first point of contact for customer queries relating to quotations and orders

Stand out from the Crowd - What distinguishes you:

Strong IT skills (Excel, CRM, SAP preferred) 1-2 years' experience in sales support, customer service, or similar role
Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous

Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a proactive approach Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Team player with flexibility and initiative Ability to learn and adapt to PERI and its products quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills
