We are looking for an Internal Sales/ Business Development Executive to work within one of our clients at their head office to deal with referrals for the Lanes Drainage Services business. You will the representative on site to deal with client referrals which come from the clients depots throughout the UK.
If you're a natural when it comes to connecting with with Lanes Group. We are looking for someone who is resilient and driven, who've proved they can achieve their targets at work. We'll provide the comprehensive training you need to make sure you feel confident talking about our services.

Location: Haydock, St Helens
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 Hours per week.
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 - Depending on experience
Holiday Allowance: 24 days plus bank holidays ( increasing with length of service)
Responsibilities - but not limited to:
Making and receiving inbound and outbound calls
to prospective and existing customers to promote our services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads
and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle along with upselling or cross-sell additional services based on customer profiles along with maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers
to promote Lanes Group services, while also handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services.
Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's as set by the business.
Work closely with Sales and Depot Managers to maximise sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
