Join our dynamic accounting team at Reign Accounting as an Internal Team Member responsible for providing comprehensive financial support to our valued clients. In this client-facing role, you'll work directly within our business to deliver exceptional accounting services and build strong client relationships through regular on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing responsive and reliable support
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping processes including transaction coding, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance
Prepare and submit VAT returns with accuracy and timeliness
Process client payroll and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
Develop management accounts and financial forecasts to support client decision-making
Create and monitor cashflow projections and provide actionable insights
Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and administrative support as needed
Provide proactive advisory services to help clients optimise their financial performance
Travel to client sites regularly (weekly travel required)
Qualifications & Requirements
Level 4 AAT qualification or above (essential)
Minimum 2 years of accounting practice experience
Strong working knowledge of accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and proactive approach
Strong focus on customer service excellence and relationship building
Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites
Must reside within commutable distance of TS21 3BY
