4 skilled install teams

to join our renowned Insulation Division.


If you're an experienced team of 2 tradespeople (plastering, drylining, carpentry, or IWI), this is your chance to secure steady, well-paid work with a trusted and growing company.

What You'll Get:

Weekly pay: 750-1,000 per person Annual earnings: 40,000-50,000 per team member Paid travel: Work away Monday to Friday - accommodation sorted and paid Company van: Provided for every team All materials delivered: Just show up and install Customers sourced for you: We manage all leads and bookings Paid training: 5-day induction at 100/day per installer Ongoing development: Upskill and grow with us (We've got our own fully kitted training ficilities)

What We Need from You:

Experience in

internal wall insulation, plastering, drylining or carpentry

Ability to complete a full IWI install from start to finish Great timekeeping and the ability to manage workload efficiently A friendly and professional approach to customer service Willingness to work away from home during the week Must have a valid DBS or be willing to get one before the start date
