Our client in the Haslingden area is looking for an experienced International Sales Administrator.
Duties will be the processing of export sales orders,checking stock availability and organising loading slots with internal warehouse personnel
Preparation of all export documentation including dealing with all various methods of payment i.e letters of credit,Documentary Bank Collections investigating claims/shortages and the issue of credit notes/re-invoice or arrangement of replacement deliveries
Minimum 2 years experience in an Export Administration role is preferred along with experience of export shipping processes and legal requirements
IT Literacy & System knowledge are an essential part of the role
Hours are 36.25 per week 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday
Salary is dependant upon experience
