About the role
SharkEye Wheel Aligners UK Ltd is expanding into the
United States distributor market
and we're looking for a
driven, commercially minded individual
to support that growth.
This is an
office-based role
working from
SharkEye's new sales office in Laneham (DN22)
, reporting directly to the founder, who leads all sales conversations and closes deals.
Your role is to
open doors, build momentum, and generate qualified distributor conversations
-- consistently.
This is
not
a remote role and
not
a passive admin position.
It suits someone who enjoys structure, targets, and being judged on results.
What you'll be doing
Researching and identifying
US distributors
by sector, size, and state
Building and managing a
qualified distributor pipeline
Conducting outbound outreach via
email, LinkedIn, and phone
Following up persistently and professionally
Booking
qualified distributor calls
for the sales lead
Preparing briefing notes ahead of calls
Keeping CRM and pipeline data accurate
Reporting weekly on activity, responses, and outcomes
What success looks like
Consistent outbound activity
Increasing distributor engagement
Qualified conversations booked
A pipeline that clearly moves forward

What we're looking for
Confident communicator (written & verbal)
Comfortable with outbound contact and follow-ups
Organised, disciplined, and consistent
Commercially aware (understands distributors, margins, partnerships)
Happy working
office-based in Laneham (DN22)
Thick-skinned and resilient
Results-focused mindset
Sales or business development experience is helpful, but
attitude and execution matter more than titles

Location & hours
Based at SharkEye's new sales office, Laneham, DN22
Monday to Friday
UK business hours, with occasional flexibility for US time zones
Salary & structure
Competitive base salary (dependent on experience)
