Germ Clean is a growing professional cleaning company providing specialist cleaning services and high-performance cleaning products across the UK.
We work with commercial clients, including offices, schools, and showrooms, and supply a range of professional cleaning products to retail and trade outlets.
We're now looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales & Business Development Executive to help us grow both sides of the business and shape the future of our sales function.
About the Role
This is an exciting, brand-new position with plenty of scope for development and progression.
You'll play a key role in expanding Germ Clean's reach by:
Promoting and selling Germ Clean's professional cleaning products into retail and trade outlets such as builders merchants, showrooms, and supply stores.
Securing new commercial cleaning contracts with businesses, offices, schools, and other facilities.
Working closely with our marketing team to plan sales campaigns, build marketing tools, and create promotional materials.
Managing relationships with existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Helping to shape and structure Germ Clean's overall sales approach as the company continues to grow.

About You
We're looking for someone confident, proactive, and driven to make an impact.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B or field sales preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A full UK driving licence
Experience within cleaning, facilities management, or trade supply industries would be beneficial but is not essential.
