Blue Sky Studios are a leading supplier of licensed gifts and back to school products, working with some of the world's biggest brands across TV, Film, Pop Culture and more. From seasonal gifting to everyday essentials, we create exciting, trend led products for major retailers across the UK and Europe.

We are looking for a

Key Account Manager

to join our team at our Otley based office. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with national retail chains, as well as supporting new business opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a brand led environment and is confident owning key retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners Develop account plans to grow existing business and drive new opportunities Collaborate with internal teams (design, product development, logistics) to deliver on customer needs Attend key trade shows and customer meetings as required Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in account management preferable, ideally in gifting, FMCG, stationery or licensing - However we are also keen to hear from ambitious individuals who show great potential and a strong willingness to learn. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent relationship building abilities Organised, proactive and a great communicator Ability to thrive in a team-focused, creative environment
