Blue Sky Studios are a leading supplier of licensed gifts and back to school products, working with some of the world's biggest brands across TV, Film, Pop Culture and more. From seasonal gifting to everyday essentials, we create exciting, trend led products for major retailers across the UK and Europe.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic and driven
National Account Manager
to join our team at our head office in Otley, Leeds. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with national retail accounts, driving sales growth and delivering on commercial targets. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with well loved licensed brands and contribute to the success of a business that's making waves both in the UK and internationally
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow national accounts across major UK retailers
Develop tailored account plans and promotional strategies
Work closely with product development, design, and supply chain teams
Forecast and analyse sales data to maximise opportunities
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with buyers
Identify and land new business opportunities within existing and new channels
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a National Account Manager or similar role, ideally within consumer goods, stationery, gifting or licensed products
Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
Strong Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven
Full UK driving licence
