We are seeking an

enthusiastic and dedicated Intervention Practitioner

to join a dynamic and compassionate school community. The schools mission is to deliver the highest quality education and care for students who have been, or are at risk of being, permanently excluded--helping them reach their full academic, vocational, and social potential.

The Role



As an Intervention Practitioner, you will play a vital part in supporting the emotional well-being and personal development of their students. You will:

Implement and support a range of targeted intervention programmes Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to individual student needs Work closely with external agencies (e.g., CAMHS, YPAS, ADHD Foundation) to ensure students receive appropriate support Engage students in 1:1 or small group settings to foster emotional growth and resilience Maintain accurate records and contribute to the evaluation of intervention outcomes Promote restorative practices throughout the school Provide training and guidance to staff on intervention strategies and mental health awareness

What We're Looking For



We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who:

Has a strong commitment to supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Has experience in delivering interventions and supporting student well-being Demonstrates excellent communication, ICT, and organisational skills Is familiar with safeguarding protocols and values professional development Works well both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment Brings flexibility, resilience, and a solutions-focused attitude to every challenge
