Job Title: Intune Support Specialist
Location: London, UK
Duration: 5 Weeks (Extension possible based on performance)
Type: Contract (Inside IR35)

We are looking for an
Intune Support Specialist
to join a short-term project based in London. The successful candidate will support the deployment and troubleshooting of iOS mobile devices, working closely with end users and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities
Manage and support devices via
Microsoft Intune
(e.g., delete devices, refresh tokens) Work withApple Business Manager (ABM)
for device enrollment and management UseApple Configurator
to prepare and deploy iOS devices Perform end-to-endiOS mobile device deployment
Troubleshoot iOS devices
, including handling devices inDFU (Device Firmware Update) mode
Engage with end users to resolve any device-related issues and provide supportRequired Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Intune
Strong understanding ofApple Business Manager (ABM)
Familiarity withApple Configurator
and its use in device preparation Proven experience iniOS mobile device deployment and support
Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues, especially inDFU Mode
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with end usersJob Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 150.00-200.00 per day
Experience:
Intune (Delete devices, refresh tokens): 3 years (required) ABM: 2 years (required) * IOS Mobile device deployment: 3 years (required)
