Job Purpose

The Inventory Manager will plan, implement, and manage procedures to optimize inventory control at Minerva's warehouses and manufacturing sites.

The Inventory Manager ensures MINERVA Labs' method and procedures are applied with appointed suppliers/vendors and business processes are executed as mapped in the information system.

Main responsibilities

Assisting the planning and forecasting at our manufacturing plant in conjunction with the Head of Operations, ensuring an efficient supply of raw materials to meet production dates and all relevant quality procedures are followed (shipping, storage etc) Achieve optimum inventory levels in our international warehouses (B2B, DTC, Amazon) Control raw material inventories for the manufacturing process Analyse and identify cost reduction in distribution Improve data quality and reliability Report Operation KPI's and inventory metrics.

Objectives

Support the efficient flow of products to our customers, from manufacturing to warehousing and distribution Enable sales managers to make decisions based on ATP

Requirements

An excellent track record for achieving high-efficiency levels in Operations (materials management, stock control, supply planning) Accuracy, an ability to cope well under pressure, prioritise workload and multitasking Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Proficiency in inventory management software An analytical mind with strong math skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Educated to at least degree level Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years Industries: FMCG Languages: English plus a second European language shall be beneficial
