Join our client as an Inventory Control Manager. This fixed term or part time role is your chance to take ownership of stock accuracy and help power a best-in-class warehouse operation, with flexibility and support from cash & carry team.

What you'll do as the Inventory Manager:

Run regular and one-off stock counts, nailing accuracy every time Manage the counting cycle so nothing gets missed Investigate discrepancies--spot problems, find the root cause, and bring solutions Keep stock rotating (FIFO), avoiding costly waste and out-of-date products Oversee inbound/outbound processes--check, record, and label goods with precision. Safely load/unload deliveries, and make sure all the paperwork lands where it should Step up to support and cover the Warehouse Supervisor as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow for everyone Train and support team members so everyone's up to speed with best stock control practices Always put safety and compliance first, for you and your team Get involved in continuous improvement activities--your ideas count here

What you need to bring:

Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management Strong focus on accuracy, organisation, and process improvement High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills Confident using warehouse management systems and Excel (training provided) A teamwork mindset--helping others, sharing knowledge Physically fit and able to work on your feet Commitment to company policies, protocols, and high standards Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends as required
