objective, thorough, and timely
.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct investigations into HR matters including bullying, harassment, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
Investigate concerns raised under our whistleblowing and "Speak Up" policies.
Prepare clear, comprehensive, and evidence-based investigation reports with findings, recommendations, and learning outcomes.
Liaise with commissioning managers and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure transparency.
Arrange document retrieval, access records, and interview staff, customers, and witnesses.
Attend internal hearings, tribunals, or other proceedings to present reports and provide evidence.
Support organisational capability by mentoring new investigators and delivering training to ensure consistency and quality.
This role is available on a fixed-term basis.
