As an Investment Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager for Platform Investment Operations and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You'll help ensure our investment proposition is delivered seamlessly by supporting operational delivery, improving controls and contributing to change initiatives that keep us ahead in a fast-moving market.


What you'll be doing:



Support the fund onboarding process to ensure timely and efficient implementation of fund changes for Scottish Widows clients Coordinate external platforms and stakeholders to maintain high service standards and resolve issues in line with SLAs Maintain and improve operational controls with a focus on data quality, completeness and consistency Contribute to the production, validation and governance of investment data for reporting, disclosures and regulatory submissions Assist in delivering change initiatives such as fund launches, corporate actions and platform migrations Collaborate with internal teams including Investment Propositions, Risk and Compliance to ensure aligned and effective delivery

What you'll need:



Experience in investment operations or asset servicing within financial services Strong understanding of operational controls and data governance Ability to lead external relationships and ensure service delivery Proven track record of supporting change initiatives and operational improvements Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
