Please note: This is a casual role with no guarantee of hours. Work will be offered based on availability and operational need.
The Assessment Delivery Team is recruiting Invigilators to work during the upcoming main assessment periods:
Semester 1 (6-16 January 2026)
Semester 2 (4 - 15 May 2026)
Reassessments (27 -31 July 2026)
Successful applicants will join our pool of Invigilators. There is no guarantee of work but, if appointed, you will receive training, and we will endeavour to match your dates of availability to our examination sessions.
Our next training day is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 3 December 2025. Attendance is mandatory at this session.
About the Role
:
As an invigilator, you will assist with the management of examinations and maintain discipline. Duties will include:
To work as part of a team to oversee the day to day operation of examination venues.
To assist with setting up examination venues by transporting materials to and from venues, laying out stationery, equipment and examination papers in accordance with strict procedures.
To deal with queries raised by candidates. To check attendance during examinations.
To follow and enforce examination regulations and procedures.
To deal with cases of suspected misconduct during examinations in accordance with examination regulations and procedures.

About you:
For this role are essential:
Ability to communicate instructions effectively at all levels
Good listening skills
Ability to deal effectively with difficult interpersonal situations
Ability to log in and set-up computers and ability to competently use standard office applications i.e., Microsoft Word, as well as the ability to learn how to access in-house systems
