ScoMac Catering Equipment Ltd is one of the largest independent commercial catering manufacturers/suppliers within the U.K, traced back over 120 years. We are currently seeking an

Invoice Administrator

to complement our existing team and grow with the business.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 14:30 or Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 15:00

Minimum of 30 hours per week however this may increase depending on volume of work. Please note hours of work can be discussed at interview stage.

Role Overview:



Based in Livingston, Scotland and reporting to the Service Administration Manager you will be responsible for the accurate invoicing of all maintenance contracts and service calls and to assist where required with general administration duties within the service department.

These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post, and they are subject to regular review:

Invoicing



Invoicing of Maintenance Contracts Check accuracy of engineer's job reports. Invoice jobs as per clients SLA agreements. Upload invoices on client's portals. Issue credit notes. Updating internal spreadsheets Subcontractor & Warranty invoicing

General Administration



Check & monitor incoming job requests via emails and portals. Raise service jobs. Placing warranty calls with manufacturers. Filing. Any other duties as commensurate with this position and within your skills etc.
You will be expected to undertake the above-named tasks and as such your job will involve supporting other members of the team within the Service Department.

Skills & Experience Required:



Previous invoicing experience would be an advantage, bot not essential as full training will be provided. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs especially Word and Excel. Must have excellent data entry skills. Must possess excellent communication skills. Have the ability to work well as part of a team or equally on your own with limited supervision. Be well organised with good interpersonal skills.
