We are looking for an enthusiastic IP Administrator to join our central resource team and be based in any of our office locations - Halifax, Manchester, Leeds or Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your IP experience, within a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Key Responsibilities





Prepare forms for filing patent applications, ensuring excellent accuracy and attention to detail Prepare and file supporting documentation at various Patent Offices, using relevant online systems where required Prepare documents and correspondence for clients and overseas agents, with technically challenging content Create and process invoices, including complex invoices Review and action workflow correspondence, prioritising urgent deadlines Work collaboratively across teams, undertaking a variety of tasks as required


Skills Knowledge, and Expertise





Strong administration skills with a process-driven, detail orientated approach Experience in IP Administration/Formalities advantageous Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and to strict deadlines Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
