Responsibilities

Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends. Maintain classroom discipline while promoting respect and inclusivity among students.

Experience

A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential. Previous experience in a teaching role is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Proficiency in using technology as an educational tool is advantageous.
