Overview

We are seeking an experienced

ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor

to support our ongoing quality management system (QMS) accreditation. As a manufacturer and distributor of decorative lighting, our operations span multiple departments including manufacturing, sales, customer service, distribution, marketing, IT, and purchasing. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and preparing for external audits.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Audits:

Plan and conduct internal audits across all departments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Document Control:

Review and advise on QMS documentation, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with ISO requirements.

Consultative Support:

Provide expert guidance on QMS implementation, maintenance, and improvement strategies.
Commitment

Frequency:

2 days every other month (on-site or remote as needed)

Additional Days:

Required during external audit periods
Qualifications

Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Proven experience in auditing within manufacturing and distribution environments Strong understanding of QMS principles and ISO 9001:2015 requirements Excellent communication and report-writing skills

Audit Preparation:

Assist in preparing for external audits, including evidence gathering, corrective actions, and liaison with certification bodies.

Cross-Functional Engagement:

Collaborate with teams in manufacturing, sales, customer service, distribution, marketing, IT, and purchasing to ensure QMS integration.

Reporting:

Deliver clear, actionable audit reports and recommendations to senior management.

Pay: 250.00-500.00 per day
