Job Description

We are looking for an

IT Administrative Assistant

to join our Team based in our Head Office in West Yorkshire (DN14 0HR).


What will you be doing in this role?




The IT Administrative Assistant will maintain the responsibility of effectively providing day to day administrative support to Tunstall's Group IT teams

The Ideal candidate:




You will have good organisational skills, experience of supporting business stakeholders in multiple regions and an interest in technology.


Key skills and experience:



The ability to promptly handle assigned tasks with diligence and accuracy. Demonstrable ability to provide excellent customer service aligned with Tunstall's vision and strategy. High standards of written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation and time management skills. The ability to learn new systems and processes efficiently. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. General IT skills (Microsoft Office Products).

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:



General software portal housekeeping. Arranging and processing of supplier quotes & purchase orders. Receipt and booking in of IT deliveries. General day to day communication with external service providers. Software license administration. Contract housekeeping/Administration. Physical document storage and filing. Distribution and logging of notifications and communications. Statistics generation and reporting. Provision of other ad-hoc IT related administration tasks where necessary. Assist with ensuring stationary & other IT stock inventories are maintained. Take meeting minutes and ensure actions are logged as necessary Perform physical and virtual inventory audits
