Job Description
Job Title: IT Administrator
Location: Tonbridge
Pay: Upto 13.40 per hour
Hours: Part Time - 15hrs per week (flexible on days)
Contract Details: Temporary

Responsibilities:
- Raise tickets for IT issues promptly and efficiently.
- Obtain quotes, raise purchase orders, and ensure vendors process them correctly.
- Track and complete orders in the college financial system to guarantee timely payments. ?
- Procure essential consumables like paper, printer toners, and IT supplies.
- Assist in generating and analysing printer usage reports. ??
- Support the IT team in managing contracts, licence subscriptions, mobile phone agreements, and copier usage.
- Maintain accurate records related to IT and procurement activities.
- Collaborate with the Estates Department to monitor and record vehicle usage and associated costs. ?
- Assist the IT Director with data analysis and other administrative tasks as required.
- Strong understanding of finance and procurement workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Access. ?
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience with financial systems and vendor management is desirable.
