Job Overview


We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our IT Helpdesk team who will support SCSK Europe's main client - Sumitomo Corporation group. We provide various IT services to Sumitomo group companies spreading through EMEA region in total more than 50 offices and 1,000 users.

The mail roles are administrative tasks for IT Admin team, IT Helpdesk and IT application team, as well as customer support for end users.

Responsibilities



Customer/Vendor Registrations using E-workflow (PEGA) system. ID registration operations- Create new, Delete/Deactivate Leaver & Change Existing User IDs based on E-workflow (PEGA) request for SC original system (ID Management system, Sigma-GTP, Diva, Concur etc). E-workflow (PEGA) reception for SIGMA-GTP user ID. Respond to user questions about new or existing Sigma-GTP IDs Check the Sigma-GTP user ID Deletion/Assignment lists sent from Tokyo twice a month and apply on IDM if necessary On Board, Off Board management, Asset management (Onsite). ID Inventory support for General Managers for 50-100 organisations. Other various tasks related to registrations.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/PERSONAL QUALITIES



[Essential]

Bachelor's degree or similar. TOEIC 850 above or similar. Business level written & spoken Japanese and English language. Good understanding skills for IT related tasks.
[Desirable]

Able to communicate and be motivated as professional service provider. Previous working experience in IT industry. Understanding of organization charts and service charge system. Understanding of and able to operate SC original system. Must be proficient in the use of MS Teams, Office, particularly Excel. Familiar with MS PowerPoint.
[Language]

Japanese: Fluent. English: Advanced. More than one-year experience of working in an English-speaking environment or similar is preferred. Business level English writing & speaking skills are required.

VISA / Other REQUIREMENT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
