IT Team
is looking to hire an additional
IT Administrator
in our central Bristol office on Wine Street. The successful candidate will be responsible in providing front line support to staff on all company supported applications through the ticketing system, phone or email. You will also manage requests, and incidents, through to resolution, and being a trusted advisor for all staff.
As our
IT Administrator
, you will also be responsible for advising on policy and procedures concerning the security of the Company's IT systems and users' applications and users' conduct on IT matters and use of applications. Continually aiming to improve the support and reporting processes of IT Service Delivery through trend analysis, root cause analysis, performance metrices and industry best practices.
What you'll do:
Provide IT Support and Service Delivery as part of the IT Department and Service Desk.
Troubleshoot computer problems in line with predefined Company Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
Assist the IT Manager in delivering complex IT Projects.
Advise staff on appropriate actions, processes, procedures and policies.
Serve as liaison between staff and the IT management department to resolve issues.
Work one-on-one with staff on application projects.
Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
Provide recommendations and advice on company application purchases.
Provide recommendations on Company IT system security
Assist in the development of IT related policies and procedures concerning IT applications use, security, and systems.
Document resolutions for future reference.
Perform hardware and software installations, including Cloud applications.
Manage IT assets.
Responsible for the quality of service to internal and external clients including interested parties including assisting in reporting and development of reporting capabilities.
Any other duties deemed necessary, which are within the bounds of the incumbent's competence and function
Who We're Looking For
:
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
Bachelor's Degree in IT (or equivalent IT related experience)
Experienced with both MS Intune and Autopilot - Essential
IT Helpdesk Service Delivery and Ticket Management
A broad understanding of Enterprise Windows Domains, Server architecture, Virtualisation, SANs, NAS, Backups, Azure, Email, Networking and Office 365, Active Directory and Azure Entra ID Administration including Intune and Group Policy Management
Advanced knowledge of company supported applications.
Ability to learn and support new applications.
Work with staff requires interpersonal skills and the ability to train/document our processes.
Windows operating systems (Desktop and Server components)
Documentation, Process Mapping and Training Guide writing.
