Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and networking. Helping set up and maintain computers, phones, and office equipment. Supporting users with system access, troubleshooting, and technical queries. Learning how to manage and monitor systems, servers, and network performance. Working with the IT team on projects such as system upgrades, automation, and integrations. Maintaining documentation for IT processes, setups, and support tickets.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine interest in IT, technology, and problem-solving. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and networking (preferred but not essential). A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
Working Hours;

Monday - Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and 9 to 5pm on a Friday.
