About the role: You'll be responsible for providing first-line technical support and maintaining TSG UK IT hardware and software. This role involves acting as an initial point of contact for IT-related queries from employees, assisting with hardware and software issues, and ensuring our new starters are set up efficiently. You will work collaboratively with the wider IT team on various projects and will be a key addition in the upkeep of our internal IT systems, including the ticketing platform.
This position is based at Basildon Service Centre but will require occasional travel to other UK offices to provide on-site support.
