Ensure all business systems are available to all users during working hours and playing an active role in the deployment of upgrades, fix's and development. To provide support to the Head of IT in the efficient roll-out of all IT projects across all areas of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the current IT infrastructure across all five sites, including the monitoring of backups, drive space, and server availability.
Help maintain the digital infrastructure, including updates to the Website.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues - maintaining a log of the issues and escalating as appropriate.
Troubleshoot Networking issues.
Repair, replace and configure damaged or faulty hardware.
Communicate IT changes across the company in a non-technical manner.
Set up Workstations, and laptops running Windows 10 & 11 for new employees and when current employees move offices.
Support employees with using Office 365, OneDrive, Adobe, AD, Azure, and drop box.
Provide support for LAN & WAN technologies.
Provide support for current and any future telephone systems.
Provide support for the company Virtual systems for example Hyper-V & VM-Ware.
Support the Head of IT in ensuring email, social media IT security policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
Assist in the implementation of software & hardware updates/rollouts.
Assist in the testing /training of new software.
Providing support to Finance team with accounts software issues, upgrades or introduction of new systems.
Assist Clients with their IT needs, for example emailing documents to fee earners, as required to ensure the timely delivery of required documents.

Adhere to all internal methods, systems, policies and procedures
Be responsible for your own continuing self-development, undertaking training as appropriate to the work environment and developments in your role, including training on software or systems used at Chubb Bulleid if not already familiar with them
Conduct yourself with professionalism, tact and diplomacy as a representative of Chubb Bulleid, in line with policies and procedures.

Skill, Knowledge, Experience Essential Desirable
Understand & maintain Windows 10 & 11
Basic understanding of Networking
Knowledge of Office 365 / One Drive / Adobe / AD / Azure identity
Ability to travel between our offices
Understanding of LAN/WAN and VOIP telephony.
Able to communicate effectively using non tech language
Knowledge of virtual systems Hyper-V and VM-ware
Minimum of 1-year post education experience in an IT support role
Knowledge of accounts packages (SAGE)
Knowledge of Server Architecture
Knowledge of ITIL support
