- Business Analyst
Role Purpose
The Business Analyst will support the Technology Team in the discovery, planning, development, and deployment of projects within the Technology Roadmap. They will work closely with project teams to analyse processes, understand requirements, and design solutions that ensure business needs are met through effective solutions and processes.
Key Accountabilities
Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document current business processes and workflows, identifying future requirements, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to prioritise and define solution requirements, producing clear documentation with use cases and user stories.
Solution Design: Partner with the Development Team to design solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with organisational strategy.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test scenarios and plans to confirm that outputs from the Development Team meet functional requirements. Engage both directly and with stakeholders in the testing process.
Project Support: Assist Project Managers in maintaining solution alignment with business needs. Support adoption and success activities to ensure smooth solution launches.
Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field
Experience within the Real Estate industry is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Highly organised and process driven
Forward-thinking, proactive, and able to take initiative
Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies
