Event Troop UK is seeking an experienced

IT Analyst

to support our event technology operations, ensuring seamless digital performance, analytics, and system optimization across our platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge data analysis, software performance, and event technology enhancement to drive engagement and innovation.

Responsibilities

Support the development, customization, and maintenance of event-specific software and IT solutions. Monitor system and platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend optimizations. Analyze event-related data to generate actionable insights for improving attendee engagement and digital performance. Collaborate to improve digital campaigns and user experience. Prepare and maintain technical and analytical reports on IT systems, digital tools, and event software performance. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all digital platforms and databases. Work closely with the IT Manager to implement enhancements, automate workflows, and support business continuity.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT analysis, system administration, or software performance monitoring. Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and event management platforms. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and digital integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities with cross-departmental collaboration experience.

Pay: 40,956.40-55,881.49 per year
