Job Description

As IT Category Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Category Strategies in relation to Telecoms, Services and Infrastructure, manage Supplier Relationships, and deliver Cost Savings aligned with business goals.
Hybrid with a London or Birmingham base
Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, agree, and implement category plans and savings initiatives
  • Identify and deliver cost reductions and volume-based discounts
  • Manage contract renewals and maintain the supplier database
  • Lead the Supplier Management Programme, ensuring timely reporting and supplier performance monitoring
  • Support the deployment of the Coupa P2P system and drive continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
  • Significant experience in Telecoms, Services & Infrastructure
  • Proven category management and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-site environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and P2P systems
  • CIPS qualification is desirable
