Job Description
As IT Category Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Category Strategies in relation to Telecoms, Services and Infrastructure, manage Supplier Relationships, and deliver Cost Savings aligned with business goals.
Hybrid with a London or Birmingham base
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, agree, and implement category plans and savings initiatives
- Identify and deliver cost reductions and volume-based discounts
- Manage contract renewals and maintain the supplier database
- Lead the Supplier Management Programme, ensuring timely reporting and supplier performance monitoring
- Support the deployment of the Coupa P2P system and drive continuous improvement
- Significant experience in Telecoms, Services & Infrastructure
- Proven category management and negotiation skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-site environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and P2P systems
- CIPS qualification is desirable
- 5,500 Car Allowance
