We seek a highly skilled IT consultant at Mindtree It Solutions Ltd as an experienced professional, you will be working with our team to analyse existing technology systems and identify areas for optimisation - to boost the team's productivity, enhance security and help them achieve their targets. Job Role and Responsibilities:

Creating, analysing, reporting, converting, and transferring data through systems using application software. Conduct assessments in the existing IT systems and processes. Analyse the technological requirements and provide advice to meet those needs. Identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Provide continuous support and guidance to ensure the company's digital systems. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the company's technological goals align with its business objectives. Providing training to fellow employees about network security and the best computer usage practices. Record and maintain documentation related to IT systems and procedures to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the company. Develop and foster relationships with vendors and other technology partners. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best IT advice and support. Consulting with management and other departments as required. Documenting processes and monitoring system performance metrics. Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting. Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs. Responsible for supporting architectural improvements of the team Responsible for the roll out of new technologies and tools required by the Team Responsible for ensuring that all responses and resolutions to Build and Deployment incidents and requests are in line with build and deployment strategy Responsible for engaging with internal stakeholders to gain their feedback and agreement on any new policies and initiatives, aligning to industry standard, business strategy and external influences. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing good working relationships between TEC stakeholders and the Build and Deployment team Responsible and accountable for leading on Build and Deployment projects, as assigned by management Responsible and accountable for providing technical assistance to the onboarding of new technologies to the Build and Deployment platform Authority and accountable to act as main Point of Contact in the absence of Head of Build and Deployment team Authority to represent the Build and Deployment team in CAB Authority to submit audit evidence Accountable for the support and improvement of Build and Deployment team resources, both on and off-shore Risk Management accountable and responsible for the identification of key risks within the team, assessing and mitigating those risks in accordance with the appropriate risk management framework. Accountable for the control of operational incidents across the team, identifying root causes and supporting the improvement of necessary controls and processes to prevent a recurrence.

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in Information technology mandatory. 10+ years of experience as an IT consultant, preferably in a technology-based firm. Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships. Experience in business development, proposal creation, and securing client engagements. Familiarity with Agile practices and a track record of mentoring and developing. Expertise in hybrid cloud architecture, with in-depth knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, VMware, and cross-platform environments. Strong python experience with web framework such as Django, FastAPI. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus). Relevant professional certifications will be huge advantage (e.g. Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Cloud, ITIL Foundation). Experience with cloud computing and virtualisation technologies. Ability to lead a team, work independently or collaborate between multiple units. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in various programming languages, database management software and operating systems. Knowledge of IT systems, including cloud computing, server management, and software solutions. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, database management systems, and operating platforms. Solid understanding of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and data protection best practices. Knowledge of AI technologies in software development. Experience as a technical consultant in a related industry. Ability to conduct in-house training to increase end-user proficiency. Ability to develop and maintain internal error logs and provide support. Proficiency in providing efficient web-portal support. Ability to ensure optimal system functionality by monitoring performance metrics. Knowledge of data protection and software encryption.
