Contract - Temporary for three months
Pay Rate - 16.97 per hour
Hours - Full time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm)

Work Schedule - Fully office based

What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Experience Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Laptop Imaging: Prepare and configure laptops with the necessary software and settings.
• Rollout Coordination: Ensure the timely distribution of laptops to employees.
• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employees receiving new laptops, addressing any questions or issues.
• Training: Provide training sessions or materials to help employees transition to their new devices

What we're looking for:
We're seeking candidates who can hit the ground running with strong experience in IT (particularly laptop refresh deployments), ideally within a local authority setting.
You will need:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, and able to follow technical instructions
• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills to assist employees and address their concerns.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage the distribution and setup of multiple laptops.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected issues and adapt to changing project needs.
• Administration: Strong administration skills
