Job Description
We're hiring SC-cleared IT Deployment Support Specialists to join a large-scale national tech refresh programme. This is a hands-on contract role supporting the roll out of upgraded devices and systems across secure sites in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and operating Refresh Clinics at designated locations.
- Relocate devices from secure storage to deployment areas under supervision.
- Log into systems using provided devices and follow engineer instructions.
- Refresh laptops and accurately update work flow systems.
- Collaborate with technical support and site managers.
- Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings.
- Secure devices in storage at the end of each day.
- Active SC Clearance (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Comfortable working in secure, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
