What You'll Own

You'll be the tech heartbeat of the company -- maintaining all IT systems and leading our most exciting digital projects, including:

Daily IT management, server maintenance, user setup, Google Workspace, cloud, and cybersecurity. HubSpot CRM admin -- building automations, dashboards, workflows, and integrations with sales & marketing. Strategic lead on all cross-departmental IT improvements and digital innovation. Data tracking and performance analysis to drive conversion and customer satisfaction. Design and build our flagship Client Members Area from scratch -- including: Daily project updates System performance tracking Post-installation media hub Video support & help desk Referral program Live chat & support ticketing Review/testimonial engine

You're Perfect If You...

Want a role that becomes your life's work -- not just a paycheck. Have 5+ years' experience in IT Management, ideally in a fast-growth, marketing-led business. Have deep experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automations, APIs, and analytics. Know your way around WordPress, JavaScript, HTML/CSS (bonus for PHP, Python, SQL). Can manage and scale cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure). Are obsessed with security, uptime, and performance. Are both creative and logical -- you can design front-ends and build backend systems. Know how to juggle short-term support and long-term digital transformation. Are resilient, ambitious, and relentlessly proactive. Want to be in the room where decisions are made -- and own the result.
