IRW's Finance & Corporate Services Division is recruiting for the position of 'Finance Digital Transformation Manager' on a full time, permanent basis, to join its dynamic team based out of its offices in Birmingham, UK. The organisation is currently operating to a hybrid working model.

The purpose of the role is to facilitate IR's journey to a digital-first reality, optimising IRW finance processes, enhancing data integration and reporting capabilities, and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the ERP system across IR.

The successful candidate must have:



Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role, with a solid understanding of financial operations and processes. Proven experience in implementing, configuring, or supporting Unit4 ERP in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. Hands-on knowledge of finance modules within Unit4 ERP, such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, fixed assets, Integration and reporting. Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to finance digital transformation initiatives, including process reengineering, automation, and systems integration. Professional certifications in finance, project management, or digital transformation (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Digital Transformation Certified Professional) are a plus. Demonstrated track record in leading and managing digital transformation initiatives, preferably within the finance domain. Proficiency in digital tools and technologies such as Unit4 ERP system, data analytics, robotic process automation (RPA), and financial planning software. Proven experience and knowledge in databases in particular database query language and interrogation techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and accounting principles. Proven knowledge and experience in any of the areas is desirable:
a. Systems development, testing and implementation

b. Financial Systems Integration

c. Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

d. Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement

Experience of budget for project activities, monitor and report on financial activities and undertaken appropriate analysis. Experience of contributing to the development of the team and help meet goals. Experience to gather and analyse complex information and draw decisions on well written reports. Proven experience to communicate confidently in a wide range of situations. Proven experience to exercise judgment and take decisions on unexpected problems.
