About the Role
We are looking for an adaptable Field Engineer to provide on-site IT support across a busy organisation in Northampton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, solving technical challenges, and values a strong work-life balance with the added benefit of time off during holiday periods.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on support for hardware, software, and networking issues
Support Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, O365, and Intune
Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and systems
Carry out routine maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Provide a professional and approachable service to end users
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in IT support or field engineering
Good understanding of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, O365, Intune, Active Directory)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
